Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Australia

Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Orders

For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery usually takes around 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.

Import duties are covered by us, so there are no additional duty charges to pay upon arrival.

For some EU destinations, a small local handling or tax fee may still apply, usually around €3. If required, you’ll receive a notification by SMS or email from the local carrier, so please keep an eye on your messages once your parcel arrives in your country.

Please make sure any required payment or collection is completed within the carrier’s specified timeframe. If the notification is missed and the parcel is returned to us, the cost of shipping the order again will need to be covered by the customer.

International delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, local carrier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside of our control.
