When we started CUDS, the goal was simple. To rethink what dog lifestyle could look like. Not just products for dogs, but pieces that elevate the life you share with them.

Over time, we came to see the problem more clearly. The industry doesn’t lack products, it lacks consideration. Too many pieces are made for attention, not for wear. Designed around trends, rather than the body they’re meant for. That’s where we chose to do things differently.

CUDS began quietly in Sydney, with a dachshund named Nomi. Designing for him changed everything. With a background in fashion, I developed an instinct for proportion, fabric, and detail that continues to shape how CUDS is designed today. Nothing fit quite right, and nothing felt considered, so we started there, learning, refining, and testing each piece through daily wear until it felt natural, comfortable, and truly lived in.

What began as a personal need became a way of designing. Today, CUDS is built for dachshunds, and thoughtfully extended across small to medium dogs. Not by simply scaling sizes, but by understanding proportion, how a piece moves, how it sits on the body, and how it feels over time.

We design clothes dogs actually live in, and clothes you reach for without thinking. Pieces that sit naturally within your everyday, in quiet alignment with your personal style. Not separate, not an addition, but part of the same system.

We don’t design for attention, we design for wear. For morning walks, for coffee runs, for the rhythm of daily life. Pieces that feel easy, but never accidental.

We care deeply about silhouette, fabric, and the smallest details most overlook, because that’s where comfort lives, and where style begins.

CUDS exists to reshape what dog apparel can be, more thoughtful, more wearable, more refined. Not louder, just better.
